The development of the Internet
In the late fifties, ideas were created to develop such networks. Later in the late eighties and along with the nineties, these concepts begin to be implemented. In the 1980s technologies that were considered to be the foundation of the internet started expanding all around the world. In the nineties, it was introduced as World Wide Web (WWW) and was later spread all over the world. The technology of internet grew rapidly all around the globe and that created a network of the computer across the world. It begins to spread in the Western countries initially and then later the internet infrastructure started to expand in the developing countries making it easier for everyone to have access to information globally and unprecedented communication. Multiculturalism or ‘Ethnicity’ is now a commonly used word for people that adhere to different cultural norms in which they are expected to and usually function. This envisages an assortment of religions, languages, customs, traditions, and values through which people perceives and finds the meaning of the environment that they live in and work in. I have observed that this diversity is common amongst the teens of different races and cultures. In “It’s the budget, stupid,” published by the daily Haaretz in January, 2008, Nehemia Shtrasler has succinctly argued that because of the very nature of their religious ideology and the weltanschauung that it espouses and promotes, those belonging to the ultra-orthodox Haredim community will continue having large families, irrespective of the amount of state support at their disposal. He does, however, argue that the state can promote the rapid population expansion of the said community by increasing the amount of child support benefits – something that plays an important role in most Haredim households. Of course, whether this would be a positive development or otherwise cannot be judged from the Haredim perspective alone.

Crying is normal for any infant and it begin straight after birth. We cannot dismiss crying as a reaction caused by ‘bad’ things. Normal crying happens through the first 12 weeks and then gradually subsides. A baby showing normal fussing has a predictable feeding pattern (Neifert, 2009, p. 36).
