Just cause is the first and foremost primary decisive factor for any country to wage war against another country. A country must have a reason that is morally acceptable and sound to attack another country. Without a morally justifiable reason a cause, the reason to go to war is highly controversial and unjustified. The reason should undergo through analysis at the highest level before making a decision to go to war. The intent must be kept within the confines of the just or moral cause. It is practically not possible to measure or assess a person’s intelligence. The IQ of a person depends on several variables, such as the socio-economic status of the parents and their own education and intelligence, environment, state of health and several other variables If the person taking or participating in the IQ test suffers from any ailment, mental or physical then he/she would probably score poorly in the test. This does not mean that the person is less intelligent than the person achieving the highest score.   Or a person may do exceptionally well in the test, but this would not really indicate that the person is super intelligent. International adoption is adoption in which a person or couple becomes the legal parents of a child not born to them and is from another country. The formalities for international adoption can be different depending on the country where the child was born and now lives in. Most countries require prospective adoptive parents to first get approval to adopt, in some the approval can only be given afterward. Often an “orphan” is a child whose living birth family has consented to an adoption. History is made by two types of people, those who are successful and those who hit rock bottom and fail in achieving their set out objectives. The reason as to why the two extremes tend to mold history for us is became humans interpret events and information in the long run as black and white. As a result the history books are usually filled with people who have been successful in their political, economic, power based as well as personal ambitions. Therefore the concept that history is made of successful and victorious people is correct to an extent. However the exclusion of the failed or unsuccessful people and parties in history is not a fair well.
